Confirmation Before Each Order Ships
A requirement for receiving insurance-covered medical supplies is our team reaching out to you prior to your next order shipped, to confirm you want your next order shipped to you. If you have a 30-day supply, we will reach out to you monthly. If you receive your supplies in 90-day increments, we will connect with you prior to your next supply shipment. This ensures that you are receiving the medical supplies that you are expecting and allows us an opportunity to work with you to make any necessary changes.
Easy Ways to Reorder
Getting your medical supplies is critical to managing your condition. We provide several easy ways for you to confirm your ongoing orders.

Texts via our Text-To-Reorder Program [TTR]
Signing up for TTR is easy. Just text the word START to 98685. You will receive a text that notifies you that you have successfully signed up. Or, if you’d rather, when you speak with one our dedicated HCD reps, let them know you want to receive “Reorder Texts” and we’ll get you signed up.
Each month, or every 90 days when you are within 10 days of your next order shipping, we will text you a reminder and provide a link for you to approve your that order.
The Text-To-Reorder Program is available to our customers for most conditions, but currently is not available to individuals with wound orders, or bowel and bladder management, due to the complexity of the condition and need for monthly review of products.

Customer Portal
Each month, or with any order, you can quickly approve your next order for shipping from our Customer Portal. Our secure website makes it easy for you to see your previous order, as well as your next order, and easily confirm your next order for shipping.

We have extended hours on evenings, with a small team to service “after hours” needs.
Currently, we are opened 364 days each year, closed on Christmas Day.
Automated Call System [Interacted Voice Response/IVR Systems]
If you are eligible for IVR, when you call 800-565-5544 , you will have the opportunity to complete your order online with our automated voice ordering system.
Track When Your Order Will Arrive
To keep you informed, we provide order status update texts via your mobile device to let you know when your order is ready for shipping and provide an order tracking link to the shipping vendor so you know when your products will arrive.
Most products are received within 1-2 business days from the time the order is approved and released [HCD has all necessary paperwork and physician has signed.]
